Refund policy

If you have questions about your order, please email: orders@dicksmixes.com.

If you are unhappy with our product, then we will refund you. Please see rules below:

• Only one jar of opened mix will be refunded; left over mix must still be in the jar. If you consumed it, we assumed you liked it - empty jars will not be refunded.
• Any un-opened jar of mix will be fully refunded.

Instructions for the return:

• Please email us at orders@dicksmixes.com that you plan to make a return.
• Please ship back the product to us (we do not pay for return shipping).
• Please return to Dick's Mixes, ATTN: RETURNS, 160 Alamo Plaza, #529, Alamo, CA 94507.
• Please include your original shipping label or order printout so we can properly credit your order.
• Please provide a note stating why you did not like the Mix.

Once we receive your return, we will then refund your order for the Mix. Direct questions regarding your order to: orders@dicksmixes.com. 

All dicks merchandize items (hats, shirts, glasses, etc.) are handled through a 3rd party Printful. Any returns for merchandise will need to be handled by Printful directly. Do not return merchandise to Dick's Mixes, we won't be able to process the return or exchange.
