Sunset Paloma
A bright, citrus-forward cocktail that combines smooth tequila with sparkling grapefruit for a refreshing twist on the Mexican classic. Dick’s Mixes Classic Margarita Mix adds fresh citrus flavor, making this an effortless cocktail for sunny afternoons and outdoor entertaining.
Ingredients
- 2 oz tequila
- 2 oz Dick’s Mixes Classic Margarita Mix
- 3 oz grapefruit soda (Jarritos, Fever-Tree Sparkling Pink Grapefruit, or Squirt)
- Ice
- Fresh grapefruit wedge for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a highball glass with fresh ice.
- Add tequila and Dick’s Margarita Mix.
- Top with grapefruit soda and gently stir.
- Garnish with a fresh grapefruit wedge.
- Optional: Rim the glass with Tajín or sea salt, or garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary for an aromatic finish.
